Coffee roasting is the first step to ensuring a perfect product, and it is the soul of a cup of coffee. In the summer of 2012, we searched the market and failed to find a favorite roaster, just for a good cup of coffee, we made a coffee roaster by ourselves, with the love of coffee and the pursuit of the ultimate dedication, engaged in the national nuclear power and aerospace industry engineers resolutely started the research and development of specialty coffee.

When technology meets love, it inspires infinite creativity. On the streets of a strange city, entering a café and meeting the friends of Santoker, a few words of conversation can always make our blood love for coffee boil more.

Today, Santoker has grown stronger.

For many years, Santoker roasting machine has become the designated machine for the China Division of the World Roasting Competition (CCRC) and the Yunnan Green Coffee Competition.
