We offer 1 bedroom apartment, 2 bedroom apartments & 3 bedroom apartments and villas. Here is attached presentation which will give you a detailed briefing about the projects. These apartments have a wide range of amenities inclusive of a Condominium Mailo Title, swimming pool, jogging track terrace, clubhouse, car parking etc at an affordable price.

How to pay
We have a flexible payment plan where the initial deposit is 30% from the purchase fee, and the 70%is divided into seven monthly instalments starting from the next month of the initial deposit.
We also have mortgage arrangements with various banks for clients
