SAKi

More time for young people. Less time for documentation.

SAKi is an intelligent documentation app for professionals in child and youth services.

In their daily work, professionals often spend hours on documentation, reports, and organizational tasks. Time that is actually needed for young people, families, and educational work.

This is precisely where SAKi comes in.

With SAKi, professionals can quickly document important events via voice or text – directly in their daily routine, on mobile devices, and in a structured way.

But SAKi does more than just document.

Through the targeted use of artificial intelligence, the app helps to process information effectively and significantly simplify workflows.

With SAKi you can:

* Document events and reports via voice or text
* Have reports summarized with AI
* Prepare relevant information for substitute situations
* Quickly get an overview of case histories
* Organize to-dos and important tasks
* Create duty rosters
* Chat with recipients in compliance with GDPR

The integrated AI helps create clear summaries from numerous individual pieces of information and makes relevant content easier to find.

This means:

Less searching. Less writing. Less administrative work.

And more time for what really matters in child and youth welfare: stable relationships and good educational work.

Developed from practice
SAKi was developed together with people who know the challenges in child and youth welfare from their own experience.

Data protection
The responsible handling of sensitive data is a top priority. SAKi was developed to combine modern support with data protection-compliant processes.
