LedgerCapture

LedgerCapture is the mobile evidence capture app for UK construction teams. Document site changes on site with photos, labour and material quantities, GPS context, and supervisor signatures — then sync to your organisation’s office workspace.

Built for real site conditions:
• Site change capture — structured records with photos, quantities, and notes
• Glove-friendly controls — interface sized for field use
• Photo evidence — review and verify all images before submitting
• Supervisor sign-off — sign, reject, or return records with a clear reason
• Audit trails — time, location, and device context attached to every record
• Sync when you are back online — if connectivity drops, captures are saved and queued until upload completes

LedgerCapture separates field verification from office commercial work. Field users record what happened on site; your office controls rates and valuation on the web platform. Sensitive commercial data stays off site devices, and records are structured for when claims are challenged.

Designed for UK commercial construction workflows, including NEC and JCT variation and site change documentation.

Please note: LedgerCapture requires an active organisation invitation from your company administrator. It is a B2B enterprise product, not a consumer sign-up app.
