Sai Boon is a calendar of merit-making events that everyone helps to fill out.

Have you ever missed a Kathina ceremony at your local temple because you didn't know about it? Or ever wanted to participate in a morning alms-giving ceremony on a Buddhist holy day but couldn't remember the date? Sai Boon is here to solve these problems!

Open the app and see exactly what merit-making events are happening this month, on what date, where, and at what time.

Features within the app:

- View the merit-making event calendar instantly, no registration required.
- View event details, including location, date, time, and navigation map.
- Participate in the event to save it to your own calendar.
- Set reminders 1 hour before, 1 day before, 3 days before, or set your own time.
- If you know of a merit-making event that others don't know about, post it to the calendar for other Sai Boon users.
- Upload photos of the event and save them to your device.
- Event organizers can include ways to donate for those who can't attend but want to participate.

Categories of supported merit-making events:
Alms-giving, Kathina ceremonies, meditation, making merit on Buddhist holy days, and other traditional merit-making events.

All activities are reviewed before being posted on the calendar.

Posted merit-making events will not appear on the calendar immediately; they must be reviewed by the administrators first. To prevent misinformation and impersonation, if you encounter suspicious activity, you can report it to the administrators from within the app and block the poster yourself.

Free to use, no ads.

This app is made with faith. It's ad-free, doesn't charge money, doesn't sell user data, and doesn't receive donations on behalf of temples or event organizers. The donation channels displayed in the app are provided by the event organizers; users transfer funds directly to the organizers.

May you all receive blessings for helping to complete this calendar.
