What it does:
Mtandao records comments, signal strengths, location data, and subscriber information and then sends it to Safaricom where we use the data gathered to optimize the network for the best user experience.
You can also run speed tests and view your device network metrics from within the app.
Who it's for:
Customers who may be facing a poor network experience wherever they are can use Mtandao as a channel to report their issues direct to Safaricom.
How to use it:
1. Type in a complaint or comment
2. Select a complaint category
3. Submit your complaint
