rejected, or reassigned by your supervisor.

MEETINGS
Schedule and join team meetings with full calendar sync. Accept or decline
invitations, RSVP directly from the app, and receive calendar invites
compatible with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.

ABSENCE MANAGEMENT
Submit absence requests and get notified when approved or rejected.
Supervisors can review requests and redistribute tasks from absent employees
to keep work moving.

KPA PERFORMANCE MODULE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTS
Create and submit your KPA (Key Performance Area) agreements for supervisor
approval. Define clear KPOs (Key Performance Objectives) and measurable
action items with deadlines and weighted scores.

APPROVAL WORKFLOW
A structured multi-level approval process ensures every KPA, KPO, and
action item is reviewed and signed off before work begins. Supervisors
can approve, reject, or request revisions at each level.

PERFORMANCE RATING
At the end of each performance period, submit your agreement for rating.
Your supervisor rates each action item and the system automatically
calculates your total weighted performance score.

DEADLINE TRACKING & ESCALATION
Receive reminders as deadlines approach — at 7, 3, 1, and 0 days. Missed
deadlines are automatically escalated through the supervisor chain to
ensure accountability at every level.
