ROYAL OPS

ROYAL OPS is the private operations and dispatch workspace for authorized team members of ROYAL COMFORT RIDE.

Authorized administrators and dispatchers can use the app to:

• manage live and upcoming transfers;
• assign and coordinate approved drivers;
• review operational status and payment state;
• monitor booking and customer-support workflows;
• receive time-sensitive operations notifications;
• access the same live workspace used on the web.

ROYAL OPS is not a public booking application. A pre-approved administrator or dispatcher account is required, and access is protected by role-based authorization.
