About DynamiX Vibration FFT Analyzer

DynamiX Companion is a machine vibration analyzer for condition monitoring, maintenance, and rotating equipment inspection. Capture vibration data with DynamiX Link over local Wi-Fi or use your phone accelerometer for quick field measurements.

Use the app to collect, analyze, and organize vibration measurements for pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, and other industrial assets. Create route structures with companies, areas, machines, measurement points, and axes, then save captures with the correct asset history. Off-route measurements are also supported for quick checks outside a saved route.

Vibration analysis tools include:
- Time waveform and FFT spectrum views
- Frequency and order analysis
- Acceleration, velocity, displacement, and gE envelope units
- RMS, max waveform value, FFT peak, peak-to-peak, crest factor, and kurtosis
- Windowing, averaging, overlap, peak display, harmonics, and order reference controls
- Manual, tachometer, and supported automatic running speed references
- Measurement history organized by route, machine, point, axis, and capture time

DynamiX Companion supports DynamiX Link hardware workflows with local Wi-Fi connection, multi-channel collection, acceleration inputs, tachometer input, live mode, and configurable capture duration. Phone-sensor capture is also available for convenient on-device vibration measurement and review.

For bearing analysis, the app can display bearing fault frequency markers directly on the FFT spectrum. Select a bearing from the database or enter manual bearing geometry to preview and use FTF, BSF, BPFO, and BPFI markers during spectrum review.

DynamiX Companion is built for practical field work: capture data, review waveform and spectrum behavior, compare key vibration statistics, and keep measurement history organized on the device.
