We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We also offer child watch services during class times. We offer a wide variety of classes, some of which include cycling, yoga, pilates, several types of boot camps, and cardio dance, as well as ballet for kids. We have month-to-month memberships, monthly memberships with a year contract, and yearly paid-in-full memberships. An added amenity is that we can assess your progress monthly so that you see how far you've come, and set your goals to keep you motivated!
