About Bus på bestilling
Nordjyllands Trafikselskab runs the project bus to order in collaboration with Aalborg and Hjørring Municipality. Bus on order serves the same area as bus route 31 as well as 820, 821 and 822.
How Bus on demand works:
• Bus on order runs every weekday. In Løkken-Vrå at 06.30 - 17.30. and in the Nibe area at 07.00 - 18.00.
• You book your bus trip on the booking app.
• You choose the time and stop where you are to be picked up and dropped off. The app informs you of the expected collection time and total travel time.
• The driver will always take the fastest route to the chosen stop. If several people drive along, the trip is planned with as few stops as possible.
• You can book a bus on demand for several people if you are picked up and dropped off at the same stop.
• You use the same ticket, travel card, commuter card, school card or youth card as you usually do when traveling by bus and train. You can also buy a ticket via Rejsebillt or a cash ticket from the driver. Rejsekort as an app cannot yet be used for journeys by bus on request.
