Resource Room

Resource Room brings your organisation’s training, documents and team knowledge into one place, helping colleagues learn, stay informed and find answers.

Built for hospitality and multi-site teams, Resource Room gives invited members access to the resources their organisation makes available.

TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE
• Browse training videos and documents organised by topic.
• Ask questions using Ask the Room, an AI assistant that draws on your organisation’s training materials.
• Complete knowledge checks and comprehension quizzes.

LEARNING AND COMPLIANCE
• Keep track of required training, due dates and reminders.
• Earn certificates for completed learning.
• Record that you have read and understood key policies.

TEAM COMMUNICATION
• Stay connected through team feeds, channels and direct messages.
• Use Speak Up to raise concerns through a confidential reporting channel.

YOUR ORGANISATION’S WORKSPACE
Available features and content depend on your organisation’s setup and your assigned access. Your organisation can also customise the AI assistant’s name, so it may appear under a different name in your workspace.

Resource Room requires an invitation and an active account with a participating organisation.
