BCS Connect

BCS is the Barrows Connected Store app for staff and field technicians.

For signed-in Connect OS users:
• Network overview and dashboard
• Touchpoints: fleet status, quick-view board and BLE calibration
• Creative approvals inbox and review
• Campaigns, performance and support tickets

For field technicians, opened from a visit link:
• Visits and tasks with step-by-step guidance
• Installation and commissioning wizard with barcode scanning and photos
• Pairing with and controlling a unit over Bluetooth
• Maintenance visits

Sign in with your Connect credentials or Google account. Field service mode is reached from a technician's share link and does not require an account.
