Your Digital Vehicle File

Add important information to each vehicle, such as:

• First registration and year of manufacture
• Purchase date and previous owners
• Mileage readings
• Warranty periods
• Photos and documents
• Notes and other details

This creates a clear and centrally accessible vehicle history, step by step.

Organize Appointments and Inspections

In addition to the mandatory vehicle inspection (MOT/TÜV), manage workshop appointments, service intervals, and vehicle-specific inspections. The central overview helps you identify upcoming or overdue appointments early and track completed tasks.

Cloud Connectivity and Easy Device Switching

Your data isn't tied to a single device. After logging in with your user account, you can also use HU Reminder on a new or additional device. This makes switching between smartphones and tablets easier and ensures your fleet remains accessible.

For Private Users

Keep track of the appointments for your own vehicles or an entire family fleet. Less paperwork, more clarity, and all vehicle data readily available at any time.

For Businesses and Fleet Management

HU Reminder helps companies manage their fleets collaboratively. With its multi-user function, several authorized employees can access the company fleet and work with the same centralized vehicle data.

This enables:

• Shared access to the company fleet
• Centralized and standardized vehicle data
• Use by multiple employees
• Clear overview of appointments and inspections
• Easier collaboration in fleet management
• Access from various devices
• Reduced dependence on individual users or smartphones
