Relay

Relay is Kenya's last-mile parcel delivery app — built for people who receive parcels at bus terminals across Nairobi and beyond.

How it works:
1. Your parcel arrives at a bus terminal (Easy Coach, Modern Coast, etc.)
2. Open Relay and enter your National ID to find your parcel
3. Pay the delivery fee via M-Pesa — no cash needed
4. A nearby rider picks up your parcel and delivers it to your door
5. Track your rider live on the map until delivery

Why Relay?
✓ No more trips to the bus terminal — we bring it to you
✓ Pay securely via M-Pesa STK Push
✓ Live GPS tracking of your rider
✓ Real-time delivery PIN for contact deliveries
✓ Chat directly with your rider
✓ Delivery history and receipts
✓ Fast — most deliveries completed within 2 hours

Relay currently serves Kilifi Town and Nairobi Metropolitan Area including CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Kasarani, Embakasi, Kikuyu, Thika and surrounding areas.
