Rakia Business Phone

Rakia is the business phone system for small teams. Give your business one or more real phone numbers, assign teammates to each line, and handle every call and text from a shared inbox.

CALLS
• Ring every assigned teammate at once; whoever picks up first takes the call
• Call waiting, mute, speaker, and in-call keypad
• Voicemail with transcripts, per-line greetings, business hours, and after-hours routing
• Call recording per line

TEXTS
• Send and receive SMS and MMS: photos, videos, voice messages, contact cards, PDFs
• See exactly which teammate sent each message and answered each call
• Templates for quick replies, delivery status on every message
• Customer opt-out (STOP) handled automatically

TEAM
• Multiple phone numbers per business, each with its own team assignment
• Shared contacts across the whole team
• Owners and admins manage lines, members, greetings, and auto-replies

Rakia is for teams whose account has been set up by their organization. If you don't have an account yet, ask your administrator for an invite.
