Prepare with purpose
Generic interview advice only goes so far.
Aircrew Job Interview Prep has been developed specifically with aviation candidates in mind, helping you focus your preparation on the environment, expectations and interview situations relevant to an aviation career.

Practise before it counts
The interview should not be the first time you've had to formulate your answer. Regular preparation allows you to refine your responses, identify the examples you want to use and become more comfortable communicating under pressure.

Give yourself the best opportunity
You've worked hard to build your qualifications and experience. Make sure you're equally prepared to communicate them.

Prepare. Practise. Perform.
