KidOfficer Teacher is the app for tutors and activity coaches who take one-to-one sessions with families on KidOfficer.

It is not a classroom tool. There are no class rosters, lesson plans, grading or student analytics here. This app does one job: it connects you with parents who want to book you, and keeps that relationship in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Build a profile parents can trust
Add your headline, bio, city and hourly rate. Choose whether you teach online, visit homes, or both. Mark yourself as a sports or activity coach if that is what you do.

Get verified
Add your qualifications, then upload your ID and certificates. Our team reviews every teacher before a profile goes live to parents. Your home screen shows exactly where your verification stands and what is still missing.

Receive and manage bookings
Parents send you session requests with the length, the mode and any notes they want you to see. Confirm or decline with one tap, call the parent once a session is confirmed, and mark it complete when you are done. Your home screen keeps a running count of new requests, confirmed sessions and completed ones.

Message parents directly
Every parent you work with gets their own conversation. Answer questions, agree on timings, and keep everything in writing.

SAFETY AND CONTROL
You can report any conversation to our safety team and block a parent at any time. Blocking stops new messages in both directions, and you can unblock again whenever you want. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.

You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time - Profile, then Delete my account.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Teachers, tutors and coaches who want to reach families already using KidOfficer. Creating a profile and listing yourself is free.

Parents browse and book through the KidOfficer Guardian app. This teacher app is only for the educators taking those bookings.
