### Trusted Medication-Safety Information

Safety information is derived primarily from approved Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPCs) and other validated sources. It may include indications, dosage and administration, contraindications, warnings, precautions, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, laboratory effects, and other safety information.

### Patient-Specific Safety Assessment

The application considers available patient information, including medical conditions, history, allergies, previous medication reactions, current medications, risk factors, family history, and lifestyle factors to highlight relevant safety considerations.

### Color-Coded Safety Alerts

An intuitive system helps users identify the level of attention required:
**Green:** No specific safety concern identified from available information.
**Orange:** The medication requires closer monitoring.
**Red:** The patient may have an increased risk of an adverse drug reaction based on their profile.

The color system prioritizes safety information and does not constitute an independent diagnosis or prescribing decision.

### Patient Profile Sharing & Prescription Safety

Patients can authorize doctors to access relevant profile information. During prescription preparation, medicines can be evaluated against the patient's profile to identify contraindications, warnings, interactions, drug–disease considerations, risk factors, and relevant laboratory considerations.

### Drug–Drug Interaction Screening

Medicines can be screened against existing medications and other medicines in the same prescription. Potential interactions may include interacting medicines, active substances, interaction details, potential consequences, severity, precautions, and monitoring considerations.

### Medication Management & Reminders

Patients can manage medication names, doses, frequencies, treatment schedules, and administration times with reminder notifications to support adherence.
