Pyllar

Every route. Every crew. Paid.

Pyllar is scheduling, crews and payments for home service companies, built for the way your team actually works.

ROUTES THAT BUILD THEMSELVES: Set up weekly, every-other-week or monthly service plans once. Pyllar turns them into ordered routes for every crew, with lunch breaks where they belong.

YOUR CREW'S DAY, STOP BY STOP: Technicians see their route, the weather and what's next. Start a job in one tap; the start time and conditions are recorded for them. Checklists and required photos mean nothing gets skipped. Works without signal and syncs when you're back online.

DISPATCH FROM YOUR PHONE: See every crew live on the map, move or hand off work, and know right away when a route runs behind.

GET PAID BEFORE THE TRUCK IS BACK: Send the invoice the moment a job closes. Customers pay by card or bank from a link or a QR code on your phone. Record cash and check too, and see it all in one payments report. Syncs with QuickBooks.

ESTIMATES: Build estimates with options, send them for approval and turn them into jobs.

QUALITY CONTROL: Log issues with photos and severity, assign a fix and track it to resolution.

REPORTS & COMPLIANCE: Job reports email to customers automatically. Spray logs and compliance PDFs cover any date range.

CUSTOMER PORTAL: Customers see their visits, approve estimates and pay online.

On iPhone, iPad, Android and the web. Built for lawn care, pest control, HVAC, irrigation, pool service, cleaning and more.
