About PVcase Recharge

PVcase Recharge is the companion app for PVcase company off-sites.

It is built for one job: making sure everyone travelling to a PVcase event knows where to be, when to be there, and how to reach someone if things go wrong.

YOUR TRIP
See your flights, hotel, transfers and any other travel in one screen, with times and booking references, so you are not digging through your inbox at an airport.

THE PROGRAMME
Browse the full off-site agenda day by day. See what is on now, what is next, and where it is happening.

SESSION SIGN-UPS
Some sessions have limited places. Book your spot from your phone, see how many seats are left, and see who else is going.

SOS
If something goes wrong while you are travelling, send an SOS to the Workplace Experience team from the SOS tab. Your message reaches the on-call team immediately, with your location attached so they can find you, and you can keep messaging back and forth in the app until it is resolved. Emergency contacts and local emergency information are on the same screen. Location is only ever sent when you actually send an SOS — the app never tracks you in the background.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REMINDERS
Get push notifications for session reminders, schedule changes and announcements from the organisers.

OFFLINE
Your agenda, inbox, help articles and emergency contacts stay available when you have no signal — which, abroad, is exactly when you need them.

WHO CAN USE IT
PVcase Recharge requires a PVcase Google Workspace account. It is an internal tool for PVcase employees attending company events and is not usable without a company account.
