About BKS Portal

BKS Portal is a corporate employee portal that brings together companies' daily business processes in a single application. From human resources to quality management, from interdepartmental requests to project and target tracking, you manage all operations with the same interface on desktop and mobile.

The application is for use by employees with corporate accounts. To log in, your company's BKS Portal subscription and a user account assigned to you are required.

• Human Resources: Personnel cards, organizational chart, personnel information, HR forms, and periodic evaluations.
• Attendance and Timekeeping Tracking: QR code entry and exit, geofence-verified work records, overtime and compensation calculations.
• Leave Management: Annual leave, excused absences, and remote work requests; multi-stage approval workflow and balance tracking.
• Requests and Support: Interdepartmental request records, instant notifications, assignment, and resolution time tracking. • Quality Management System: Document control, revision history, CAPA (corrective and preventive actions), and internal audit plans. • Document Management: Approval-based document publishing, metadata schemas, and transaction logging. • OKR and Strategic Planning: Target-key result tracking, check-ins, strategy map, and department KPI cards. • Project Management: Project and task tracking, progress reports, OKR integration. • Meeting Management: Agenda, decision, and action tracking. • Door and Access: QR code door opening and access records for authorized personnel. • Personal Portal: Employee access to their own payroll, leave, target, and training information from a single screen.

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

Each module includes summary dashboards, KPI tracking, target monitoring, and date-filtered reports. Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats.

INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS

You will receive instant notifications when there is a pending leave request, a request assigned to you, or an upcoming task. When you tap on the notification, you will go directly to the relevant record.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

• Each company's data is stored in a separate and isolated infrastructure. • With role-based authorization, each user only sees the data they are authorized to access. • Every transaction that modifies data is recorded in an unchangeable transaction log (audit log). • Designed with KVKK and GDPR requirements, ISO 9001 documentation, and audit traceability in mind.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS

• Location: Used only when the application is open and for location-verified entry and exit. No location data is collected in the background. • Camera: Used for entry/exit and door opening operations via QR code. • Notification: Used for approval, assignment, and reminder notifications.
