Famfinder Location Tracking

Famfinder is a private family locator and GPS tracker that keeps your family connected and safe. See where your loved ones are on a live map, get place alerts when they arrive or leave, and share location only with people you trust — no ads, no data sales, no strangers.

Create a family circle, invite your partner, kids, parents, or close friends with a join code, and that's it. Famfinder is location sharing for families who want peace of mind without the noise of a social network.

WHAT YOU GET

Live family map
Real-time GPS location of everyone in your circle on a clean, modern map. Battery levels, last-update times, and city names are right there at a glance — find my family, find my phone, all in one place.

Place alerts (geofencing)
Save important locations like home, school, work, or grandma's house. Get a notification the moment a family member arrives or leaves — no more "are you there yet?" texts. Perfect for tracking when kids get home from school or when an elderly parent reaches a destination safely.

Private family circles
Famfinder isn't a social network or a public tracker. Your location is shared only with people you explicitly invite to your circle. Share a join code with family — no public profiles, no strangers, no ads, no surprise data collection.

Battery aware
See everyone's battery percentage on the map so you know who might be running low. No more guessing why someone went offline.

Built for everyday family safety
A persistent foreground notification keeps you informed that location sharing is active — Famfinder will never track you silently. Stop sharing any time with one tap.

SAFETY NOTICE

Famfinder is a peace-of-mind tool for families. Location data may be delayed or inaccurate depending on device, network, or operating-system conditions. Famfinder is NOT an emergency service — if someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.

PERMISSIONS

- Location ("Allow all the time") — required to share live GPS location with your circle, including when the app is in the background. A persistent notification is shown the entire time location sharing is active.
- Notifications — to deliver place alerts and family updates.
- Battery optimization exemption (recommended) — keeps location sharing reliable when the device is idle.

We hope Famfinder gives your family one less thing to worry about.
