Printer Pilot: Smart Printer

Printer Pilot is a smart printer app that prints from your phone to any Wi-Fi printer, checks printer ink levels, scans paperwork to PDF with OCR, lets you sign PDF and send a signature request, and chats with PDF to summarize documents. No sign-up, no login, no ads.

PRINT FROM PHONE
• Finds the printers on your Wi-Fi, shows their status and printer ink levels, and prints directly
• Choose copies, color, two-sided printing and paper size
• Connects to a printer's own Wi-Fi when there is no network
• Or print through Android's built-in print service

SCAN TO PDF
• Capture documents with automatic edge detection
• Choose Enhance, Original, Grayscale or B & W
• Text recognition runs on your device with Google ML Kit, and search finds words inside your scans

SIGN PDF AND ESIGN
• Draw or type your signature and place it on any page
• eSign documents free with the daily Premium pass: the free plan includes one Premium tool a day
• Send a signature request by link. The other person needs no app and no account
• Every signed copy gets a certificate page with a verification record
• Add stamps for logos, seals and watermarks

EDIT PDF
• Tap a line of text in a PDF to correct it
• Rearrange, rotate and delete pages
• Merge several PDFs into one, split, compress to a target size, or turn photos into a PDF

CHAT WITH PDF AND AI PDF SUMMARY
• Summaries in short, medium or detailed length
• Chat with PDF to ask what a clause actually says, with the page every answer came from
• Summarize documents, and pull the key fields out of invoices, receipts and contracts
• AI features ask for your consent before their first use, and you can turn them off in Settings

CONTRACT MAKER
• NDA, service, freelance, lease agreement, sales and general contracts from templates, with a signature block

EXPLAIN A LETTER
• Plain-language explanation, deadlines with reminders, and a warning when a letter looks like a scam

RECEIPT SCANNER AND EXPENSE SCANNER
• Scan a receipt and the merchant, date, total and category are filled in
• Monthly totals by category, exported as CSV or PDF

WARRANTY TRACKER, DOCUMENT VAULT AND ID VAULT
• Keep IDs, passports, insurance and warranties in a vault
• Expiry dates are detected on your device, with expiry reminders at 30 days, 7 days and the day

Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that adds 1,500 AI credits a month, document chat, PDF tools, e-signatures and signature requests, the contract maker and cloud backup. One subscription works on up to 5 devices. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel at any time in Google Play.
