Moesson is the Indian monthly magazine of the Netherlands, since 1956. Moesson is for everyone who has a connection with the former Dutch East Indies. With current articles, inspiring stories, fun interviews, tasty recipes and messages about the best events to visit every day.

Moesson was founded by writer and journalist Tjalie Robinson (1911-1974). With the magazine he wanted to give a voice to the large group of Indian Dutch people who, like him, came to the Netherlands after the independence of Indonesia to build a new life here. In this way he wanted to ensure that the unique Indian culture was preserved, despite this new beginning in the Netherlands. And that that culture would also be passed on to future generations. And Monsoon has been doing that for three generations now!
