The subject explanations, tests, and practice exams in the application are based on; "General Regulation on the Principles of Promotion and Title Change in Public Institutions and Organizations" (Council of Ministers Decision 99/12647, 15/3/1999 - Official Gazette 18/4/1999, number 23670) and the institutions' own promotion regulations are used as the basis for INDEPENDENTLY prepared by Prademi editors. Official texts can be accessed at https://www.mevzuat.gov.tr.
