Munch Mouth

A monster is coming down the walkway. It's hungry, and at the end of that
walkway is your piglet.

You have a slingshot and a bag of food. Fill it up before it gets there.

HOW IT PLAYS
Pull back, aim for the open mouth, let go. A shot straight down the throat is
worth the most — a body hit counts for less. Ten shots to a magazine, and every
monster you burst puts points on the board. But the stars are scored on
accuracy, so spraying food around will clear a level and still leave you short.

52 KINDS OF FOOD
A burger flies straight. A donut bounces. Melons are heavy and slow, cherries
are quick and light, ice cream drifts. Fifty-two snacks from tacos to fried
chicken, each with its own weight and flight, and knowing which one is in your
hand is most of the skill.

FIFTY LEVELS, TEN PLACES
The trail runs from Canyon River through Green Swamp, Desert Oasis, Frozen Pass,
Ash Volcano, Sunset Coast, Twilight Marsh, Autumn Gorge, Coral Lagoon and out to
the Storm Cliffs. The scenery changes every five levels, and the music picks up
another layer as it goes.

EIGHT KINDS OF MONSTER
Blobs and critters to begin with. Then furballs, spinys, stalks, squids,
floaters, and the brute. A new species arrives every four levels.

ONE PIGLET
You get one. Lose it and the run ends — but a level you've cleared stays
cleared, and you start again on the one that beat you. Nothing you've earned is
ever taken back.

150 STARS
Three per level, scored on how cleanly you shot. Full marks need mouth shots,
not luck.

MAKE THE HERO YOURS
Pick the skin, the hair and the outfit before you take your first shot.

AND PAST FIFTY
Clear the Storm Cliffs and the door at the end of the trail opens.
