RCC Matrix

RCC Matrix is a managed incident-coordination platform for authorized organization personnel.

Field personnel can submit incident reports with an incident type, location, notes, and photos. Coordinators can review and classify incoming reports, responders can receive and acknowledge assignments, and commanders can coordinate active incidents through a shared operational timeline.

Key capabilities include:

• Fast incident reporting for field personnel
• Location, notes, and photo capture
• Report review and incident classification
• Responder assignment and acknowledgment
• Shared updates throughout the response lifecycle
• Organization-scoped access and audit records

RCC Matrix accounts are provisioned by participating organizations. An authorized organization account is required. Public account registration is not available.

RCC Matrix supports an organization’s internal incident-response procedures. It does not contact 911 or other public emergency services and does not replace local emergency procedures.
