OurSharedPlace Shared Calendar

OurSharedPlace is the easiest way for families and co-owners to manage a shared home together. It's a vacation rental shared calendar, but a lot more.

Designed for your second home, vacation place, family cabin, or co-owned property. Sign in or create an account in seconds and take it with you, anywhere.

Plan trips on a shared vacation home calendar
• See who's there when, with each member's bookings in their own color
• Request weekends, approve incoming requests, or block dates for cleaning and maintenance
• Year, month, and list views to plan ahead or scan at a glance

Share photos that show the place at its best:
• Build a gallery everyone contributes to — interiors, views, family moments
• Set a favorite photo as the hero shot for the property
• Crop and upload directly from your camera roll

Track shared expenses without spreadsheets:
• Log expenses with who paid, what category, and when
• Costs split automatically across the group
• See running balances so the group knows where things stand
• Edit and delete the entries you've added

Keep important info one tap away:
• Directory of trusted contacts — cleaners, handymen, neighbors, the emergency vet
• Property documents stored together: insurance, manuals, the wifi password
• A house blog for updates everyone in the group can read
• Reusable checklists for closing the house, opening for the season, or prepping for guests

Bring everyone in:
• Invite co-owners and family as admins or members
• Generate guest access codes so visiting friends can see what they need without seeing what they don't

OurSharedPlace is built for the property you share. It's the app for the place you can't wait to get back to — and the people you share it with.

Subscriptions: OurSharedPlace offers an in-app auto-renewable subscription per property (Annual or Monthly). New accounts include a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
