Omega Gym

Omega Gym is your gym's app. Not a generic workout app: it
connects to the gym, studio, or sports club where you
are a member, and shows you what's available there—its classes, schedules,
logo, and colors. And it's also useful for gym workers.

It works with gyms that use the Omega Gym management system. To join, all you need is
the email address you gave at the desk: you'll receive a code, and you're in. Or you can use the
invitation code from reception.

YOUR CARD IN YOUR PHONE
• The QR code for the turnstile, always within reach: it opens even without a network
• The screen lights up automatically, so the reader reads it the first time
• If the turnstile displays a QR code, you scan it and the door opens

LESSONS AND COURSES
• Weekly schedules, with available spots
• Book in two taps, cancel within the gym's timeframe
• Waiting list: if a spot becomes available, you'll know
• The station, if the gym uses it (bike, reformer, rack)
• Who's coming to the class and "Add to calendar"
• Workshops and courses: place and payment together

NOTICES
• Class cancelled or rescheduled, spot available, expiring membership and certificate, messages from the instructor, news on the bulletin board
• You choose which ones to receive, and the quiet hours

COMMUNITY (if the gym offers it)
• The class group and the group in your discipline, with the instructor
• Photos, replies, and reactions
• Report a message, block a person, mute a group
• You decide if and how to show up

THE MUSIC IN THE GYM
• Paste the link to a Spotify or YouTube track and submit it for the gym
• The gym approves, and you can see the progress of your request

THE WORKOUT
• Your personal trainer's schedule, day by day
• In the gym: sets, reps, load, and video; you select the set and the recovery begins
, with notifications even on your phone in your pocket
• Free training, even without a schedule
• Timer for EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, and For Time, full-screen, with voice prompts
• Estimated maximum (1RM) and discs to attach to the barbell
• The WOD of the day and the ranking

CONSISTENCY AND PROGRESS
• Attendance calendar, set, and goal for the week
• Goals, personal records, and discipline levels
• Body diary: weight and measurements over time. Progress photos remain
on your phone: they are never sent.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP
• Expiration, remaining entries, installments, and receipts
• Renew and purchase packages and coupons, if the gym activates it: you pay on
their secure payment gateway.
• Bring a friend to try a class.
• Medical certificate: you photograph it and send it, and it will notify you before it expires.
• Forms to sign, with a tap of your finger.
• Children's profiles and multiple gyms under the same phone.

FOR THOSE WHO WORK IN THE GYM
Instructors, receptionists, and staff access "I work in this gym"
with their management account:
• The day: your classes, those booked, those coming to try out.
• Roll call: everyone present, then tap on those missing.
• Open and close reservations, move a class, book for a registered member.
• Cancel a class and notify those booked, with a message preview.
• Ask colleagues in the same discipline for a replacement.
• Check-in with a QR code at the counter, member profile, dashboard, and songs to approve.
Everyone sees and does only what the owner has allowed them to. And those who work out
also switch from "Work" to "Training" on their profile.

YOU NEED A GYM WITH OMEGA GYM
The gym provides you with access. If yours doesn't yet use Omega Gym, the app
has nothing to show you—but you can tell it: gym.omegasuite.it.
