In addition to your group, the app provides everything you need: live sessions on mindset, nutrition, and routines directly from Julia and her team. The routine tracker helps you stay on track and develop, step by step, the habits that will carry you through your daily life more easily, instead of weighing you down. The Mein Plan B recipes and sample daily meals show you what delicious, everyday meals look like that are satisfying and help you reach your goal. In addition, you'll find effective workouts that fit into any daily routine, guided onboarding, exclusive videos, and much more.
