NowCap Screen Recorder & Audio

NowCap is a screen recorder with audio for Android. Record your screen with internal (device) audio, your microphone or both, with no watermark, no ads and no time limit. Pause and resume, draw on the screen with a pen while you record, and on Android 14+ record a single app instead of the whole screen. Your recordings stay on your phone.

FAQ
Does NowCap record internal audio? Yes, on Android 10 and newer. Some apps block audio capture of their content; NowCap tells you when that happens.
Why is part of my video black? Banking apps, DRM video and password fields are blacked out by Android itself, not by NowCap.
Does it record phone calls? No. Android never allows call audio to be captured.
Is there a time limit? No. Recording length depends only on your free storage.
Where are my videos? In your gallery in the NowCap folder, and in the Recordings tab in the app.

PERMISSIONS
• Screen capture: requested by Android each time you start recording
• Microphone: only if you choose to record your voice or device audio
• Display over other apps: for the floating bubble, the countdown and the pen tool
• Notifications: to show recording controls while you record
