LET'S brings together people who share a background and a place, so newcomers settle in faster and everyone can swap real local advice. Every community is tied to a place, and you join it when you are actually there. The people you meet are close enough to matter.

Communities near you: Browse and search the community directory and see which communities cover where you are. You join a community from inside its area: LET'S checks your location at that moment, so every community stays genuinely local.

Start your own: Any member can create a community. Pick its place, set how far around it people can join, and name other admins to help you run it.

Questions for your area: Ask a question tied to a place and it reaches the people inside its area, even if you have not joined a community. Add tags and up to ten photos, follow the replies in a clear thread, and save the questions you want to find again.

Real-time chat: Talk in your communities, or one to one with people you share a community with. Send text, photos, videos, files and voice notes, reply to a message, react, and see when it has been delivered and read.

Your number stays private: Members see your name, photo and short status. Your phone number is only used to sign you in, and no other member ever sees it. You also choose whether people see when you are online and when you have read their messages.

Optional verification: Ask our team to confirm your identity, and a verified mark appears next to your name once you are approved. It is always your choice.

Safety built in: Report an account, a message, a question or a reply in two steps, and follow what happens to your report. Block anyone, any time. Every report is reviewed by a real person on our team.

Notifications that matter: Get notified about new messages, replies to your questions, changes in your communities and updates on your reports, and find them all in your notification centre. You choose which kinds you receive.

Location only when needed: LET'S checks your location when you look at what is nearby, join or create a community, or ask or answer a question. That check is never stored, and your location is never used in the background. A place is saved only when you choose it for a community or a question.

Getting started takes a minute: enter your phone number, type the six-digit code we send you, add your name (and a photo if you like), and you are in. LET'S is free to use, works in English and French, and is for adults 18 and over.
