Stock Relay - Stock Management

Stop losing stock to expiry dates you didn't see coming.
If you run a business that places stock in multiple shops — gift hampers, snacks, cosmetics, or anything with a shelf life — you know the problem: some shops sell out fast and call for restock, while others sit quiet until you show up to collect payment and find unsold, expired stock waiting to be thrown away.
StockRelay tracks every batch you place, in every shop, and tells you exactly when to act — before the expiry date decides for you.
Track every shop at a glance
See exactly how much stock is sitting in each shop, how long it's been there, and how close it is to expiring — all sorted by urgency, not just a list.
Set your own reminders
Choose your own reminder schedule — day 1, 15, 30, 45, or any combination that fits your business. Get notified when it's time to call a shop and check on sales.
Move stock before it goes to waste
If a shop isn't selling, transfer the remaining stock to a shop that is — in a couple of taps. Every transfer is logged automatically, so nothing is unaccounted for at settlement time.
Log sales updates from your calls
After checking in with a shop by phone, record what sold and what's left in seconds. StockRelay uses this to flag slow-moving shops automatically.
See what's actually working
Get simple insights on which shops sell fastest, how much stock you've saved from expiring by moving it in time, and where your dead stock keeps piling up.
