NextDoer Business is the companion app for businesses that use NextDoer to help handle their customer conversations. It gives the owner and their team one calm place to stay in control of every reply the assistant prepares.

Open the app and you land on a board that shows what is waiting for you right now. From there you move into each of your services or inboxes, then into a single customer conversation, where you can read the whole thread exactly as it happened.

For each conversation the assistant prepares a suggested reply. You decide:
• Approve it and it is sent as written.
• Decline it if it is not right.
• Write your own reply instead — by typing, or by recording a short voice note
that is turned into text for you.

When a conversation needs a human touch, take it off the assistant and answer it yourself; hand it back whenever you are ready. Push notifications let you know the moment something needs your attention, so you never leave a customer waiting.

Everything is organised around how your business actually works:
• A board of what is pending and a quick view of recent activity.
• Your services and inboxes, each with its own list of conversations.
• Full conversation transcripts with who said what and when.
• Approve / decline / reply on the assistant's prepared messages.
• Typed or voice replies.
• Move a conversation between the assistant and a human, both ways.
• Report an issue to the NextDoer team from inside the app.
• Your own branding and layout, tailored to your business.

Sign-in is by email with a one-time code — no password to remember. Accounts are set up for your team by NextDoer; there is no public sign-up. Your data is sent over an encrypted connection.
