Aligner & Retainer Wear Log

A wear-time log for clear aligners and retainers — log the hours you wore your tray each day, the way orthodontic practices commonly ask patients to track it: aiming for 20-22 hours a day, removed only for meals and brushing.

WHY THIS APP DOES NOT MEASURE WEAR TIME AUTOMATICALLY

No background timer, no Bluetooth sensor, no automatic detection — you type the hours you wore your tray, and the app keeps exactly that.

HOW TO LOG AN ENTRY

• Hours worn, if you tracked it
• Tray or retainer number
• Mark if you removed it for meals
• Discomfort, if any: none, mild, moderate, or strong
• A short note, then save

THE PATTERN, VISIBLE

Home shows this week's totals by day. Insights shows hours worn by week and when you actually log — morning, midday, evening, or night. History lists every entry with filters by discomfort.

YOUR RECORD STAYS YOURS

No account, no sign-in, nothing to lose to a server migration or an app update. Fully offline, everything stays on your device. Unlimited entries, no subscription, no premium tier, no locked-away timer or widget. Banner ads only — never a full-screen ad after saving.

READY FOR THE ORTHODONTIST

Export the whole log to CSV anytime — date, time, hours worn, tray number, removed for meals, discomfort, notes.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO

It does not track wear time automatically, does not diagnose or assess treatment progress, and is not a medical device. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any aligner brand, orthodontic practice, or dental lab. If you have fit or pain concerns, contact your orthodontist; for a dental emergency, seek care right away.
