Nexa ProRoute

Nexa ProRoute is a mobile field service and route management app designed for businesses that need to organise routes, manage service stops and keep field teams connected with the office.

Built for organisations using NexaSquared and my Cloud Dashboard services, Nexa ProRoute gives drivers and field workers access to the information they need while working on the road.

With Nexa ProRoute, field teams can:

• Access customer names, addresses and service information
• View service instructions and job details
• Navigate between service locations
• Update service progress and completion status
• Add service notes and supporting information
• Upload photos as proof of service where required
• Receive route and service updates
• Continue working when mobile connectivity is unavailable

Nexa ProRoute helps businesses keep field operations organised and provides office teams with more accurate, up-to-date information about work being completed.

Offline working is designed to help field teams continue operating in areas with poor or unavailable mobile coverage. Previously downloaded route and service information remains available on the device, and eligible changes are synchronised when connectivity returns.

Location services can be used to support navigation, route progress and service-location recording. Location access is only used as part of the operational functionality provided by Nexa ProRoute.

Nexa ProRoute is intended for authorised business users and requires an active organisation account. Access to available features depends on the services and permissions enabled for your organisation.
