QuickLive Director

QuickLive Director is the companion control app for QuickLive. Keep production controls close at hand while QuickLive runs on your host device.

PAIR WITH YOUR STUDIO
Connect Director and your QuickLive host to the same Wi-Fi network. Enable Director access on the host, then pair with its code. Access depends on the role and permissions assigned by the host.

SWITCH THE SHOW
See the program monitor, prepare scenes in preview and use CUT or FADE to switch. Preview and program states help you follow what is ready and what is on air.

KEEP SCORE
Operate supported scoreboards from Director, including large scoring controls for matchday use. Update scores and correct recent actions without returning to the host device.

CUE REPLAYS AND SHOW MOMENTS
Use replay shortcuts and available show controls such as Starting Soon and BRB. Manage supported recording and audio controls from the companion workspace.

ADD A CAMERA OR SCREEN SOURCE
Send a supported device camera, compatible USB UVC source or screen capture to QuickLive. Choose an available capture preset and audio input. Screen sharing uses Android's screen-capture consent and can be stopped from the capture controls.

REQUIREMENTS
Director requires QuickLive running on a host device; it is not a standalone streaming studio. Keep both devices on a suitable local network. Camera ingest may require QuickLive Pro or an active trial on the host. USB capture needs compatible hardware. Resolution, frame rate and audio capture support vary by device, Android version and source app. Protected content may not be capturable.

Screenshots show sample sports media. No public broadcast is required to explore the connected controls.
