LumaTV Cast

Your video deserves the biggest screen in the room. LumaTV Cast turns Android TV into a calm, focused DLNA receiver, so compatible apps and home media servers can send video straight to your TV.

Open LumaTV Cast, keep the sender and TV on the same network, then choose “LumaTV · [your TV name]” from a DLNA-compatible app. Start watching without creating an account or installing a required companion phone app.

MADE FOR THE SOFA
• A clean, remote-friendly full-screen player
• Play, pause, seek, volume, speed, and stop controls
• TV layouts and themes designed to remain readable across the room

CAST YOUR WAY
• Receive video from DLNA and UPnP-compatible senders
• Play direct HTTP, HTTPS, HLS, DASH, and RTSP media URLs
• Use a browser on the same network to manage the TV and send a media URL

AT HOME ON YOUR HOME NETWORK
• No LumaTV account
• No advertising or analytics SDK
• Playback and controls stay on your local network
• A rotating connection code protects the local web console

Compatibility depends on the sender, TV decoder, media format, router, and network quality. DRM-protected services may restrict external playback.
