About Arrow Escape

A grid packed with bent arrows. Tap one and it snakes off the board — but only
if nothing stands in the lane ahead of it. Everything else is up to you.

Arrow Escape is a quiet, deliberate logic puzzle. No timers, no reflexes, no
randomness. Every board has a solution, and finding it means working out the
order things have to leave in.

HOW IT WORKS

• An arrow is not a single tile. It is a path of connected cells with 90° bends
and one arrowhead at the front.
• Tap it and the head shoots straight out in the direction it points. The body
follows the bends behind it, like a train on its own track.
• It escapes only if the whole lane ahead of the head is clear to the edge of
the board. An arrow never blocks itself, even where its lane crosses its own
tail.
• If something is in the way, nothing moves, the lane flashes, and you lose a
heart. Three hearts per board.

The rule takes ten seconds to learn. Boards built on it will keep you a while.

WHAT'S IN IT

• 160 levels across five difficulty tiers, from Easy to Master
• Boards that grow from 5×5 up to 12×9
• Undo and restart on every level
• Five hints to spend when a board stops making sense
• A calendar that tracks the days you played and your streak
• Hearts carried into your best clear, so a flawless board stays flawless

NO ADS. NO ACCOUNTS. NO INTERNET.

This one is worth spelling out, because it is rare.

• No advertising of any kind
• No in-app purchases
• No account, no sign-in, no email
• No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no tracking
• No servers — there is no backend to connect to
• Requests exactly one Android permission: VIBRATE, for tap feedback, and you
can switch that off in Settings

The app never touches the network. Put your phone in airplane mode and nothing
about it changes. Your progress lives on your device and goes nowhere.

Free, offline, and finished. Install it once and it works forever.

What’s new

Version 1.8 · Updated September 6, 2026

Every level is now a picture — a dog, a guitar, a rocket, 41 shapes in all. Boards are fuller and far bigger, up to 40x33, so the late levels read as a proper maze instead of a few arrows on an empty grid. Fixed arrows that pointed into their own tail and escaped anyway.
