Judo Club Manager is an app for judo clubs and their athletes, parents and coaches. It connects to the Judo Club Manager system used by your club and shows exactly what your role gives you access to.

TRAINING AND CALENDAR
See upcoming sessions, times, locations and organisational details. Parents follow their children's schedules, athletes see their own.

ATTENDANCE
The coach records attendance and the app keeps the history. Statistics show how regularly an athlete trains.

EVENTS, COMPETITIONS AND CAMPS
Stay up to date with tournaments, camps and club events - dates, locations, details. Where the club opens sign-ups you can register in the app, and respond if the coach nominates you for an event.

COMPETITION CALENDAR AND RESULTS
If your club uses this module, browse the competition calendar, record your starts and keep results in one place.

DUES AND PAYMENTS
Check current and outstanding dues and billing details. Where the club offers online payment, you can pay from the app.

BELT EXAMS
Check exam dates, see who is entered and follow your own path from one belt to the next.

WELLBEING AND TRAINING LOAD (optional module)
If your club enables it, keep a short daily check-in - sleep, fatigue, soreness, stress, mood - and log each session with RPE. The app turns that into training-load and readiness trends for you and your coach. Body weight, resting heart rate and HRV are entered manually; the app does not connect to sensors or wearables. Athletes can optionally log their menstrual cycle. This supports training decisions only - the app gives no diagnosis, no treatment and no medical advice.

ATHLETE INFORMATION
Your profile and activity in the club: groups, belts, weight measurements, attendance and dues. What you see depends on your role and the club's settings.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE AND INSURANCE
Keep track of when a medical certificate or insurance policy expires, with a scan of the document where the club needs one.

FIGHT VIDEO
If your club uses this module, upload a recording of a fight and keep it together with the matching start, so the coach can review it later.

CLUB DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION
The club shares regulations, documents and other materials, so what matters is always within reach.
