About The Coparent App: Co-Parenting

Co-parenting after separation can be complicated. The Coparent App gives UK separated parents one structured place for messages, child arrangements, shared calendars, handovers, expenses, calls, documents and important records across two homes.

Built for calmer, child-focused communication, it combines everyday co-parenting organisation with tools designed for situations where communication becomes difficult.

CALMER CO-PARENT COMMUNICATION

Keep parenting conversations separate from ordinary texts, social media and email.

AI Mode can help rewrite a heated, accusatory or unclear draft into calmer, more neutral and child-focused wording before you send it. You stay in control of the final message.

Boundary Mode™ helps reduce repeated unanswered messaging. When active, each parent can send up to three consecutive normal messages before receiving a reply. A reply resets the allowance, creating a clear boundary around message volume without blocking necessary communication.

Quiet Mode lets you set notification hours so non-urgent messages do not constantly interrupt work, evenings or personal time. Emergency communication can still get through.

SHARED CALENDAR & CHILD ARRANGEMENTS

Use one shared co-parenting calendar for school events, appointments, holidays, activities, pickups, drop-offs, contact arrangements and time with each parent.

Keep practical changes visible in one place instead of searching through long message threads.

HANDOVERS & CHILD CONTACT

Keep useful handover information, practical notes and supporting photos together where appropriate. Manage planned voice and video contact in the same co-parenting space.

SHARED EXPENSES & RECEIPTS

Track child-related expenses, receipts and shared costs so both parents have a clearer record of what has been paid, requested or discussed.

ORGANISED, COURT-READY RECORDS

Keep messages, calendar events, handovers, expenses, receipts, photos, documents and call information together. Export relevant records when you need to review them or share information with a solicitor, mediator or other appropriate professional.

PROFESSIONAL READ-ONLY ACCESS

Where appropriate, a parent can grant a verified professional read-only access to relevant information while keeping control of that access.

ONE APP FOR TWO HOMES

Both parents download The Coparent App and pair their accounts into one connected family space. Whether your co-parenting relationship is straightforward, strained or high conflict, the aim is the same: make practical parenting information easier to manage and keep communication focused on the children.

The Coparent App is a communication and organisation tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace professional safeguarding or emergency support.

Interact with facts, not friction.

This app makes co-parenting much simpler. It’s easy to use, well organised, and I love being able to access and keep all contact and information in one place.
