My Estate Access turns your phone into the gate.

Instead of calling the guard house every time someone visits, you generate a 6-character code and forward it to your visitor. They read it out at the gate, the guard verifies it, and it stops working. One entry, six hours, then it's gone.

Your visitor installs nothing. No account, no app, no sign-up — just a code in a WhatsApp message.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Generate a code. Tap Generate and say whether it's a delivery.
2. Send it. WhatsApp, SMS, email, or anything on your share sheet.
3. They arrive. The guard checks the code, and you get a notification.

ONE-TIME CODES
Every code works exactly once. After it's used at the gate it can't be reused, forwarded on to someone else, or screenshotted for later. If nobody turns up, it expires on its own after six hours.

UP TO THREE LIVE CODES
Keep up to three codes running at once, so the plumber, your sister and a delivery can all be pending without colliding. The Live codes tab shows each one with the time it has left.

DELIVERIES
Making a code asks whether it's a delivery. If it is, add up to 200 characters of instructions — which gate, where to leave it, who to hand it to — and they travel with the code in the same message.

KNOW WHEN SOMEONE ARRIVES
Get a notification the moment your code is used at the gate, so you know your visitor is in without watching the window. You're also told when a guard comes on duty.

A FULL HISTORY
Every code you've made and what became of it: used and when, expired unused, or revoked by your estate. Filter by Used or Expired.

FINGERPRINT AND FACE UNLOCK
Optionally lock the app behind your fingerprint or face. It re-locks after a minute in the background — long enough to hop out to WhatsApp and back without being asked again.

MORE THAN ONE ESTATE
If you're a resident at more than one estate, they live in a single account. Switch between them from the You tab.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT YOURSELF
Remove your profile, your estate access and every code you've made, from inside the app, whenever you want.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD

My Estate Access only works if your estate uses the platform. To sign up you need two things from your estate: an estate code and a house code. Your estate administrator approves your request before you can generate codes.

If your estate isn't on the platform yet, ask your estate office or residents' committee to get in touch with us.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Codes are generated and verified on our servers, never on the phone, so a code can't be forged or reused by tampering with the app. Every check at the gate is recorded, including failed attempts, and each estate sees only its own gate. Estates are kept completely separate from one another.

We collect your name, email address and phone number to run your estate membership. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
