About Satiate - Calorie & Fullness
Every food diary tells you what you ate. Satiate tells you two things they do not: how long it will keep you full, and what your body actually burns.
When will I be hungry again?
Most apps stop at calories. Satiate estimates how long a portion will hold hunger off, in hours, from the things that actually govern it - how quickly the stomach empties, how much fat is slowing that down, and how much protein and fibre carry you past the point it is empty.
It gives you a range rather than a single number, because gastric emptying varies too much between people to pretend otherwise.
So you find out why a 400 kcal breakfast leaves you starving by eleven and a different 400 kcal breakfast does not. Sort a day by fullness and the pattern is obvious in a way a calorie column never makes it.
Your burn, measured instead of assumed
Most apps put your height, weight and age into a population formula and call the answer your metabolism. For a lot of people that formula is wrong, sometimes by several hundred calories a day, and nothing about the app ever notices.
Satiate solves for your real maintenance intake from the only two things worth trusting: what you logged, and which way the scale trend actually moved. If you are one of the people the formula is wrong about, you will find out.
It waits until it has enough history to be right rather than guessing early, and it filters out water-weight swings instead of reacting to them.
Log a whole meal in one line
Type "200 g rice, 2 fried eggs, coffee with milk" and it reads all of it. Quantities highlight in one colour and foods in another, so you can see exactly what it understood before you commit to it. No waiting on a server, no tapping through one item at a time.
Everything else
Photograph the plate and have the foods and their weights worked out
Scan a barcode, with a worldwide packaged food database behind it
A 0 to 100 nutrient score for any food, and what drives it
Portions remembered per food, so the second time is one tap
Meals you build once and log forever afterwards
Training logged separately, so it never inflates your daily target
Full English and Russian, interface and food names alike
Works without an account
No sign-up wall. Everything except the AI features works on the phone in your hand, offline, forever, without telling us who you are. Sign in only if you want your diary backed up or moved to a new phone.
Free and Pro
Free is not a trial. Unlimited logging, the whole USDA database, fullness estimates, your daily target, unlimited barcode scanning, plus seven AI meal reads and three photo reads a month.
Pro removes the limit on AI and photo reading, and unlocks the adaptive metabolism measurement that keeps your target tracking your body as it changes. It is also the reason this app carries no advertising and never will.
