For Sales Representatives

• Daily Schedule - Know your assigned customers and start a visit with one click.

• Customer Profile - Search for customers, view outstanding balances and credit limits, call or locate a store, or create a new customer instantly.

• Four Visit Types - Full invoice, collection, return only, or damaged only.

• Drive-Thru Catalog - Browse products by carton and by piece, with the exact quantity available in your vehicle.

• Flexible Units - Add any item by carton or by piece, and totals, discounts, and credit are calculated for you.

• Credit Tracking - Customer outstanding balance and credit are displayed on screen as you prepare the order. • Payments and Returns - Record cash payments, add returned items to the same invoice, and review the entire invoice before sending.

• Thermal Receipts - Print invoices, collections, and returns on a Bluetooth thermal printer.

• Team Overview - Each sales representative has a single screen with their vehicle's inventory (in cartons and items), current balance, total due date, and the number of invoices, collections, returns, and damaged goods.

• Coverage - See the territories and vehicle warehouses assigned to each sales representative, and who is active today.

• Salesperson Details - Open any salesperson account to review each transaction, filtering by invoice, return, or damaged item, and by date.

• Vehicle Inventory - View a list of the salesperson's vehicle inventory, including quantities, carton and item prices, and the value of good, damaged, and returned inventory.

Works Offline

Even if there's no network coverage, SalesRep keeps up: visits, invoices, collections, returns, and damaged items are saved on the device and organized. Receipts are printed as is, with a temporary number. Once the connection is restored, or the first time you open the app, everything is automatically synchronized with the server in the correct order, and the temporary numbers are replaced with official numbers.

Arabic and English

Built in Arabic with a right-to-left design, but you can switch to English at any time from the More tab.

Account Required

SalesRep is a business tool. Log in with your company's tenant ID, email address, and password. You cannot create an account within the app. Contact your system administrator for login authorization.
