About LIFE4LV

The LIFE4LV platform consists of a mobile application that implements individual examinations (tests) to evaluate specific parameters of the visual function and a back-end system for recording and monitoring/managing the results. The self-assessment tests currently involved are

- Visual acuity
- Contrast sensitivity
- Color test
- Ishihara color test
- Glare test
- Amsler test
- Reading rate

LIFE4LV is aimed both at people with low vision and physicians.

The application is available in Greek and English language.

TERMS OF USE

1. Users do not interrupt their current follow-up with their treating physician.
2. Self-assessment tests are conducted as per their instructions.
3. Only your physician can assess the results of these tests.
4. The transmission of the results to the back-end system and their assessment from certified physicians requires the necessary consent from user’s side. Currently the access to the back-end system is available only for selected users.

This application and all its content (along with all future content) are protected from any unauthorized use, copying and distribution and are the subject of intellectual property. Dissemination, copying, reproduction, modification, publication, communication, transmission, distribution or any other transfer of the content is prohibited.

The Service is offered exclusively for personal, non-commercial use for the personal benefit of the user himself.
