PG Management

PG Management is the manager app for running a paying-guest property day to day. It keeps your rooms, occupants, rent and complaints in one place instead of spread across notebooks, spreadsheets and chat groups.

ROOMS AND BEDS
- Add your properties and set up floors, rooms and beds
- See at a glance which beds are occupied and which are vacant
- Move an occupant to a different bed or room when you need to

OCCUPANTS
- Onboard a new occupant with contact and KYC details
- Keep check-in and check-out records for every bed
- Look up an occupant's stay history in seconds

RENT AND PAYMENTS
- Raise rent invoices for the month
- Track what has been paid and what is still due
- Send reminders to occupants whose rent is pending

COMPLAINTS AND NOTICES
- Receive complaints raised by occupants and mark them resolved
- Publish notices and announcements to everyone in the property

Built for PG owners, wardens and property managers. Occupants use the companion PG Management occupant app to check their dues, raise complaints and read notices.
