Gacha Shop Story is a pixel-art business simulation about growing a tiny capsule-toy shop into a chain.
CUSTOMERS THINK FOR THEMSELVES
They look for a machine that catches their eye, drop in a coin, turn the handle, and walk away smiling.
If their favorite is sold out, a machine is broken, or the shop is dirty, they leave.
STOCKING AND LAYOUT ARE YOUR CRAFT
Animals, food, vehicles, characters, miniatures: pick what sells from dozens of product lines and restock.
Machine placement, prices, refills, cleaning. Adapt your shop to market trends and rival stores.
GROW A CHAIN ACROSS TOWN
Shopping street, station front, shopping mall, tourist spot, downtown. Every location has its own customers and its own rent.
Open a second and third store, hire managers and staff, move stock between stores, and oversee everything from HQ.
Research lets you plan original products that only your chain sells.
