About CertCheck - Graded Card Lookup

CertCheck - A quick lookup utility for Graded Card certificate information - CGC, PSA, SGC, and more.

Before purchasing your next graded card, you might want to consider double checking the certificate info. This helps you validate all the details about the card you're about to spend hard-earned money on.

CertCheck makes it easy to look up the certificate details for cards in your collection or cards you're thinking about purchasing, and it works across different grading companies too in case you trade slabs from different grading companies.

★ Grading Companies Supported:

CertCheck supports cards that are graded and authenticated by the following grading companies.

- CGC - Certified Guaranty Company
- PSA - Professional Sports Authenticator
- SGC - Sportscard Guaranty Corporation
- MNT
- PGS
- [Coming soon] KSA

★ Types of Cards Supported:

CertCheck works for all different types of cards. As long as a slab is graded by a supported company, it's details can be searched by CertCheck. This works across a variety of collectible card games / trading card games such as the following:

- Pokemon cards
- Yugioh cards
- Magic the Gathering cards
- Football cards
- Baseball cards
- Hockey cards
- And more!

★ How to Use:

You can search for graded card certificate details in one of two ways:

1) Camera Scan

Press the camera icon floating near the bottom of the home screen to initiate a camera search. Line up the QR code on the slab you'd like to search with the camera preview and the searching should happen automatically if the brand is recognized.

NOTE: Scanning currently only works for CGC and PSA graded cards. Other supported companies do not offer QR codes on their slabs.

2) Manual certificate number entry

Enter the certificate number of the graded card that you'd like to search, then select the radio button corresponding to the slab's grading company. Click the search button to initiate, and the results should appear within a couple seconds if the card details were found.

★ Disclaimers:

Some PSA cards will directly link out to the certificate page if the app is unable to complete a search.

KSA cards certified before 2012 may not be searchable. According to KSA, these cards have not been entered into their searchable database yet.

All data and information is provided “as is” - CertCheck cannot completely guarantee the accuracy of all data displayed. You should use the link provided for each card search to view the official certificate information as an extra layer of validation.

CertCheck is not affiliated with any of the aforementioned grading companies.

If you experience any problems with the app, please contact me via the address listed below.
