About 従業員の味方(勤怠管理)-残業代の証拠・打刻記録
[Time and Attendance Management - Time Clock Alternative] This time and attendance management app allows you to record your arrival and departure times with photos, providing evidence of overtime pay and unpaid overtime. It also supports shift management for double jobs/multiple jobs, saving correction history, and CSV output.
"Can I prove my unpaid overtime?"
Have you ever experienced any of these?
* You clock in at the scheduled time, but actually worked unpaid hours afterward.
* You're forced to work beyond the limit because of "deemed overtime" or "fixed overtime pay."
* You hold a management title but receive no overtime pay whatsoever (nominal management).
* Your shift schedule and actual working hours don't match, but only company records remain.
* You have multiple part-time jobs, and your working hours for each are unclear.
When you try to claim unpaid overtime, the first thing you need is a record that allows you to explain "when and how much you worked." Until your company's time cards are released, you won't have anything to corroborate your memory.
This app is not a company-managed attendance system, but rather a "personal record app" for employees to record their own working hours and verify their memories when needed.
■ Easy Recording with Photos
Simply take one photo each time you clock in and out. The time of the photo is automatically recorded. Matching the EXIF information (date and time of photo) with the recorded time in the app provides confirmation of the record.
■ Supports Multiple Breaks
Record the start and end of breaks with a single button. Split breaks are also displayed in a single breakdown.
■ Supports Multiple Jobs
Add workplaces freely, and recording and summarizing are independent for each workplace. Records will not get mixed up even with double or triple jobs.
■ Records Remain Even After Corrections
Even if there are input errors, the record is not overwritten; both the original and corrected records are retained. A "Correction Made" mark is added, so you can understand the history later.
■ Peace of Mind Even If You Forget to Clock In
Manual input is possible from the next day onwards. You can distinguish between photo-based records and self-reported records using CSV.
■ CSV Output for Direct Use with Lawyers
Outputs a CSV file summarizing date, day of the week, start/end times, break breakdown, overtime hours (beyond legal limits), night work hours, holiday work, and whether photos were taken. The CSV does not include monetary amounts (the monthly summary within the app displays an estimate of overtime pay). Since monetary amounts vary depending on working conditions and the size of the workplace, please consult with a legal professional.
■ Data Remains Only on Your Device
The developer does not retain any data. All records are saved on your device and are never sent to external servers (you can optionally back up to Google Drive).
■ No Registration Required, Ready to Use Immediately
No troublesome user registration is required. Download and start recording immediately.
■ Automatic Monthly Summary (Estimated Overtime Hours)
Based on an 8-hour day and 40-hour week, the app automatically summarizes total working hours, overtime hours (beyond legal limits), night work (22:00-5:00), work on legal holidays, and the number of recorded days for each closing period. Overtime hours and overtime pay are displayed as estimates. It supports aggregation based on closing dates, such as the end of the month. The calendar marks recorded days, and tapping them takes you to the record for that day.
■ Supports Shift Work and Variable Working Hours
For workplaces with variable working hours on a monthly or yearly basis, you can input work schedules and calculate estimated overtime. It also supports inputting paid leave, checking discrepancies between planned and actual work, and saving photos of shift schedules. These features can be toggled on/off in the settings, and are normally left off.
■ Automatic Time Reading from Photos (OCR)
By taking a photo of a time card or time clock, the system reads and inputs the time from the photo. The reading result is always displayed on a confirmation screen, so you can correct any errors immediately.
■ Prevents Forgotten Clock-Outs
You can set up notifications to alert you after a certain amount of time has passed since clocking in. Days with missed clock-outs can be viewed in a list, and records of direct commutes can be added later.
■ Easy 3-Step Usage
1. Press "Clock In" or "Clock Out" at the time of arrival and departure, and take a photo.
2. If there is a break, press "Start Break" or "End Break."
3. At the end of the month, check your working hours in "Monthly Summary" and export a CSV file if necessary.

・Those who want to keep their own time card records
・Those who want to organize their past working hours before quitting or changing jobs
